We have included sessions dedicated to somatic mind-body exercises. Experience first-hand some of the techniques leaders are using to tame their minds and tap into the wisdom of their bodies.

MANAGE YOUR MIND FIRST: MINDFULNESS AND THE INSIDE WORK OF LEADERSHIP

We teach leaders to manage everything but themselves. However, the basis of sustained effectiveness starts from the inside. So, how do you approach a skeptical audience about their inner lives? How do you balance contemplative practice with the need for effective action and producing results?  Drawing on 10-years of experience leading the Executive Mind program at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, we will learn practical frameworks for applying mindful action in the workplace. Come with your questions and curiosity. This program is designed to respond to your needs and led by four-time Drucker professor of the year, Jeremy Hunter. 


PRINCIPLED COMPASSION IN LEADERSHIP

This program explores how compassion can serve as an essential in the practice of sane and empowering leadership. We look at fascinating new research in social psychology and neuroscience. This research suggests that compassion has powerful benefits for ourselves, our organizations and our communities. We explore the role of compassion in the workplace, and look at how cultivating it as a core leadership competency informs our perspective, advances creativity, helps us maintains resilience, and supports personal accountability in an organization of any size. This program combines direct teaching and various practices that are accessible to leaders in all fields.


MINDFULNESS AS A FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
