Right now is a time of great anxiety and isolation for many folks. We have focused on quickly providing free resources to support the community - including this recent newsletter.
To help keep us connected while we are isolated, help us stay calm during a time of great anxiety, and give us an opportunity to care for one another, we have created a new resource that we hope will be of service to you. We will host Free Live & Online - Daily Meditation & Support Groups that will meet multiple times throughout the day for the next six weeks.
Every weekday Monday - Friday from Monday, March 23rd - Friday, April 3rd at the times listed below we will offer 30 minute virtual Free Live & Online - Daily Meditation & Support Groups on Zoom.

- 9AM ET / 8AM CT / 6AM PT
- 10AM ET / 9AM CT / 7AM PT
- 11AM ET / 10AM CT / 8AM PT

Program participation is free and 100% volunteer lead. We are creating virtual space for people to come together to meditate, reflect, connect, and simply be with one another.
All session facilitators will follow a standard format: 15 minutes of silence for meditation (participants can meditate in silence, or listen to a guided meditation on their own) followed by a reflection and share prompted by a check-in question.
