MBSR Instructor - Scott May
Scott has been practicing mindfulness for over 15 years and taught his first MBSR course in 2019. He attended his first mindfulness class in 2007, and while taking MBSR, re-evaluated his life and began focusing on teaching mindfulness and working with non-profit organizations. Scott has an MBA from the University of Florida. Previously, he served as a corporate executive for 30 years in Fortune 200 companies and consulting firms. He actively volunteers with non-profits and serves on the Board of Directors of a local food pantry and homeless service organization. He is committed to sharing mindfulness with others, as it has been transformational for him, and wants to bring more kindness, curiosity, and compassion to the world.
