Listen to a meditation from Mary Beth:
“This experience was transformative for my life. In a time where everything has seemed like such a challenge, I was able to move through the hard things with a little more peace. I don't think I could ever stop practicing now that I have started. This opportunity from Mindful Leader is priceless!”
“The 8 week MSBR class with Mary Beth was amazing. I felt so proud after completing all 8 weeks and the full day silent retreat. This class provided structure and accountability to help me create a daily practice. It also really helped me manage my daily stress and tone down my inner negative talk and worry. I have already recommended this course to my friends. It’s a 10/10.”
“This is an excellent program - largely due to the instructor - Mary Beth. She created a warm welcoming presence that facilitated the creation of a caring and compassionate community. Not easy in a virtual format! Thank you Mary Beth!”
