Starting a mindfulness meditation course soon?
If so, may we ask you some questions about it?
Researchers at Northwestern University and the University of Pittsburgh are conducting a research study to test new questionnaires about mindfulness. If you are going to be starting an 8-week mindfulness meditation course (either in-person or online) we invite you to join our study.
Who can participate? Adults (18+) about to begin an 8-week mindfulness-based program (e.g. MBSR, MBCT). It can be either in-person or live online.
What's involved? Completing online mindfulness questionnaires at 3 different times: before the course (Time 1), right after the 8-week course (Time 2), and then between 6-10 weeks after that (Time 3). Each questionnaire time point takes no longer than 60 minutes to complete.
Is there compensation? Yes! You will receive a $50 gift card after completing each of the 3 times for a possible total of $150.
