“This MBSR Course delivered above my expectations. Priscilla was a compassionate and knowledgeable leader who was able to create a safe space to learn and practice. The group embodied what it means to be present, non-judgemental and open in feedback and sharing of experience. A heart felt thank you.”

  • Mindful Leader

“Being a healthcare leader during a world-wide pandemic is not for the faint of heart--taking this course, the Mindful Leaders course, during the most challenging time of my career was the best decision I made. I longed for community and accountability around connecting with myself and giving myself permission to "just be". The Mindful Leader Course not only left me fulfilled....it left me curious, inspired, and delighted by others. I am grateful because I know the pivotal moments in life are available when you notice....moment to moment. Thank you!”
