Creating a Culture of Mindfulness at Work: Coaches, Consultants & Internal Champions

Wednesday, August 14th to Friday, August 16th | Garrison Institute, Garrison, NY

Overview: This unconference style retreat is presented by Mindful Leader and the Garrison Institute. We will dive deep into the day-to-day realities of consulting & coaching for successful implementations of mindfulness-based programs, and the crafting & stewarding of successful programs within large and mid-size organizations. The format will be highly participatory, borrowing much from the unconference framework (open space technologies). We will come together to build supportive relationships with peers and share best practices. Throughout the weekend, there will also be ample opportunities for yoga, walking in nature, communal vegetarian meals, & meditation.

Who Should Attend: Executive Coaches, Mindfulness Consultants, and Internal Champions of Mindfulness who:

  • Have direct experience implementing mindfulness and / or compassion-based programs in organizations
  • Are interested in deepening their skills & abilities around Mindfulness coaching & consulting

  • Want to create thriving workplace cultures where wellness & whole person development are supported

Space is limited and last year's event SOLD OUT.   We will prescreen registrants to create an intimate and valuable experience. This is an unconference and the attendees will be leading all practices and exercises.
