Thank you for joining us at the Online Encore of the 5th Mindful Leadership Summit. We are eager to support you, but please review your Registration Thank You email and the FAQ before submitting your questions via the form below. 

Q: When is the Online Encore and how do I view it?
A: The Encore starts Monday, December 3rd at 7:00 am EST USA. It will continue until Thursday, December 13th at 7:00 am EST USA. Each day over the course of the 10 days, you will have access to a group of videos for 24 hrs starting at 7:00 am EST USA. You will receive an email with the link to our Summit Daily landing page.

Q: I registered, but how I do know that I have FREE Access?
A: After you registered, the Registration Thank You email was immediately sent to the email address you entered. Be sure to check your Spam or Promotions Folder. The Subject Line is: “Thank you for Registering for the FREE 2018 Mindful Leadership Summit Encore”

Q: I want to see a specific speaker, how do I know when they will be speaking?
A: The schedule has been posted on the registration landing page

Q: I missed one of the Summit Sessions and the 24-hour viewing period. How can I see the Session?
A: We are sorry that you missed the Session. Unfortunately, we cannot change our 24-hour viewing schedule. In order to view past Sessions, you will have to purchase the Upgrade Package. You can watch at your own pace, view transcripts, and audio. 

Q: Having trouble playing or viewing the Summit Sessions?
A: There are could be a number of issues, but below are a few possibilities.

  • Try using a different web browser. For instance, if you are viewing the Sessions using Google Chrome, try Firefox. Internet Explorer will work, but must be version 9 or higher. Version 8 and older have known issues with streaming video.

  • It could be your internet connection. High-speed internet is beneficial for viewing videos. Most cable and DSL providers offer this a high-speed connection. Satellite internet, might skip and pause due to the time it takes for the data to make it to your computer. 

  • Another issue could be the speed of your computer. Computers less than 3 years old should stream the Sessions successfully.

  • In some instances, your computer could have a virus or malware/adware that will slow it down and cause playback issues. Try scanning your system with a program to fix these kinds of issues.

Q: How can I purchase the Summit Sessions?

Q: Is there a refund policy?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the 2018 Mindful Leadership Summit Encore Package, please submit a form to our Customer Support through the form below. A full Encore Package refund is available within 30 days after purchase.
