Top 5 Articles & Recap: 5th Mindful Leadership Summit

Before we jump into this weeks top articles I wanted to take a moment to thank all of those who helped make this year’s Mindful Leadership Summit possible. Five years in a row.. its magical how everything comes together, how each year is different while carrying over the essence of what we are about.

Here is a quote that I shared at the very first Summit and at the start of this year's Summit, and that has inspired me over the 9 years that I have dedicated to this work.

“Artist and leaders face similar challenges: To See Reality as it is, without succumbing to despair, while imagining possibilities that go far beyond current reality, to have the courage to collude against illusion while articulating a possible future previously unimaginable; and to inspire people to surpass themselves, individually and collectively, for the benefit of all.”

Professor Nancy J. Adler
S. Bronfman Chair in Management at McGill University

Enjoy, and if you want to get a glimpse into this year’s Summit I’ve shared a couple pics from my camera phone, including a painting that Teresa Roberts Logan created live at Summit.

If you didn’t make it this year, save the date for the 2019 Summit from November 14th through November 17th, 2019, at the same amazing venue, the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel.

p.s. We are working on an encore video package of the Summit and will have details for you in the next few days.
