12-Hour SIT-A-THON Retreat
Celebrating Meditating Together around the globe with a Meditation Challenge!
Join us for our 12-hour Sit-a-thon! We host this one-of-a-kind meditation challenge every few months on the Meditate Together community platform to help rejuvenate our practice and connect with our global community around the clock. Join us for one session, all 12, or as many as you like. We are suggesting all participants donate $10 for every session attended (or as much as you are able) to their favorite charity.

Sessions: 5AM - 4PM ET Friday January 31
How: Join on the hour for all 12 sessions or as many as you like
Kickoff: 5:30AM ET
Celebration: 4:30PM ET
How do I sign up?
Step 1: If you already are a Meditate Together community member, no need to sign up, just mark your calendar and use the usual session links to join each hour. All sessions, kickoff, and celebration zoom links and details will be provided to all Meditate Together members. Note: if you want to invite a friend to participate, make sure they sign up for Meditate Together first and have a zoom account set up.
Step 2: Decide how many sessions you would like to join us for - one, or up to 12. This commitment will be something you can hold yourself to; we encourage participation for as long as you are able. We highly encourage you to donate $10 (or whatever amount you can afford).
Step 3: On the day of the Sit-a-thon, be sure to reduce any potential distractions and create a comfortable space for meditation. A suggested schedule of activities for the day is provided to all members so that you can create a customized retreat day.
