Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. is co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in West Los Angeles, creator of the 6-month mentorship program A Course in Mindful Living and the evidence-based Mindfulness at Work program. He is a psychologist and author who has published numerous articles, chapters, blogs and books Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, Mindfulness Meditations for the Anxious Traveler and co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, foreword by Jon Kabat-Zinn and MBSR Every Day. He has his private practice in West Los Angeles, California where he lives with his wife and 3 boys.
