Note from Summit Founder

Dear Mindful Leader,

What a journey it's been! As we approach our 10th Annual Mindful Leader Summit, our "Deca-versary" I'm filled with gratitude for the community we've built together over this transformative decade.

Whether you're advancing mindfulness in organizations, pioneering emotional intelligence initiatives, or leading wellness programs, this milestone year promises to be our most extraordinary yet. And for the first time, this year's summit will be co-hosted with emotional intelligence pioneer Marc Brackett, bringing Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence expertise directly to our community of changemakers.

We kick things off Thursday with the “Reimagining the Future of Mindfulness UnConference.” In the morning, you’ll dive into Open MBSR—the community-centric framework at the heart of my upcoming book. In the afternoon, we flip the script: you’ll co-create the agenda through participant-led roundtables and discussions that will shape the future of our field.

On Friday and Saturday, we'll have deep keynotes, insightful panels, immersive workshops, and hands-on practices designed to provoke real insight and support real-world application.

Join us Thursday night for a welcoming meet and greet, partake in coffee and tea mixers each morning of the Summit, and celebrate at our festive welcome reception on Friday night. Interactive sessions throughout the day will provide opportunities to connect and form meaningful connections.

Sunday features an exclusive workshop with Marc Brackett, offering insights from his upcoming book —content available only to Summit attendees.

This gathering comes at a critical time. AI is turning the world upside down, and we're on the brink of a massive mental health crisis. People are drowning in change and questioning what it even means to be human. The work you're doing, helping people and organization foster mindfulness and EI —isn't optional anymore. It's how we guide people through these exciting, uncertain and rapidly changing times.

I can’t wait to see you in person and celebrate this pivotal moment in our shared journey.

Warmly,

- Mo Edjlali
