MBSR Instructor - Karen Jones

Karen began engaging in mindfulness-based training as part of a consistent and regular self-care practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor and has now taught MBSR courses for 7 years. She has facilitated numerous trainings, presentations, and workshops on mindfulness for ten years within educational and business settings, organizations, and to individuals and groups.

Karen has a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from Cameron University and she is passionate about using mindfulness-based interventions to assist others in setting intentions for and achieving optimal mental and physical well-being.

CREDENTIALS: Level 3 Fully Certified Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness
