Punita Jani-Thaker’s belief in the power of mindfulness-based techniques to discover and bring our true selves to everyday life has led her to focus on deepening self-awareness, enriching relationships and enhance decision making for individuals, families and professional leadership. Balancing her experiences in finance and education with raising three energetic boys helps her to identify with the stresses and circumstances facing each of us in an increasingly noisy world. Awareness of dynamics straddling the British/American and South Asian cultures gives her a unique perspective on how a mindful life is adapted for diverse backgrounds.
