These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and ZenCEO LLC, doing business as Mindful Leader (“Meditate Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Meditate Together platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Meditate Together is provided for general wellness, mindfulness practice, and educational purposes only. It is not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any medical or psychological concerns.
Some areas of the Meditate Together platform are open to the community. Anything you share (including messages, audio, or chat) may be visible to other members. We cannot control how others use or share this information. You are solely responsible for what you choose to disclose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenCEO LLC (d/b/a Mindful Leader), its owners, staff, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or related to your use of Meditate Together.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZenCEO LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Meditate Together, your conduct in the community, or your violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Meditate Together will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You may stop using Meditate Together at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion and without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason we determine appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (such as posting the updated Terms on our website). Your continued use of Meditate Together after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
