You know meditation works, but it's hard to practice on your own. Meditate Together turns practice into something shared, where you show up for others, and they show up for you. Sessions are 30 minutes, on the hour, available 24/7. Hosted sessions run throughout the day, with open sits available anytime. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. If you've taken MBSR or other mindfulness training, Meditate Together helps you keep practicing in community after the course ends.

What it’s like

  • Shared rhythm
    Showing up is easier when you’re part of a group. Familiar faces and shared intention help take the weight off doing it alone. Practice becomes something you return to with others, not something you carry by yourself.

  • Your practice, your way
    Follow light guidance designed to help you practice independently, sit in silence, listen to nature sounds, or do your own thing. Stay for reflections after sessions, or slip out quietly when you’re done.

  • Connection, at your pace
    Add friends, share a bit about yourself, or keep things completely private. Chat with others, build a profile, or keep it minimal. Host sessions when you’re ready. Connect as much or as little as you like.

  • Shared moments 
    Sit-a-thons, light challenges, and small community experiences that help you bond, reset, and refocus together. Designed to add collective energy and connection in a helpful way.
