2025 Summit Final Days to save $300 with Super Early Bird (ends this Friday) Hello Mindful Leaders, Are you cultivating students' innate wisdom, or creating attachment to your guidance? Who decided that debate is not mindful and why are you buying it? What if the path to wiser leadership isn’t clarity—but the courage to sit with contradiction? A Note on This Moment Many in our community are watching the unfolding conflict involving Iran with heavy hearts. I was born in Tehran in 1977. My family left just before the 1979 revolution, sensing instability. We were fortunate to leave when we did, but many, including members of my extended family, remain there today. Iran is the country of my birth. The United States is my home. Watching these two nations edge toward war is not just geopolitics. It is deeply personal. Even within my own family and close circle of friends, including Jewish friends I care about deeply, there is no single viewpoint. The feelings are layered. The histories are long. The pain is real. In moments like this, I turn to silence. Not to avoid what is happening, but to stay grounded. To hold the grief, the complexity, and the humanity on all sides. If you are feeling the weight of this moment, you are not alone. You are welcome to join us, just as you are, for stillness, reflection, and perhaps a small measure of peace. I have my own political beliefs, and it has not been easy to keep them separate from my work. But I made a tough decision years ago not to bring them into this space. At Mindful Leader, we believe mindful spaces should be sanctuaries. Places for reflection, shared humanity, and being together during difficult times. You are welcome here. Whoever you are. However you feel. Wherever you stand. - Mo Edjlali, Founder CEO Mindful Leader |
