Chris Lyddy, PhD is a pioneer in the science of mindfulness at work and an Assistant Professor of Management at Providence College. He and his colleagues have developed evidence-based theory regarding the workplace integration and impacts of mindfulness. His ongoing studies explore the diverse impacts of mindfulness interventions in organizations, including customer service, engagement, feedback, and leadership. Chris earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, and holds degrees in Economics and City Planning from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and MIT. Previously he worked as a researcher at the Brookings Institution and MIT Sloan. Chris supports the thriving of individuals and organizations through the design and assessment of mindfulness programs.
