Kristin Welsh-Simpson is a licensed clinical social worker and certified executive coach. She received her Undergraduate degree from Boston College and Master’s degree from The Catholic University of America. As the Director of the Employee Assistance Program at the U.S. Senate, she utilizes her clinical skills and understanding of organizational dynamics to run a vibrant, relevant and innovative program that has been nationally recognized. She has spent nearly 20 years on the Hill, while working for the U.S. House of Representatives she was also serving the U.S. Capitol Police and the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
Kristin brings over two decades of clinical expertise, operating from a strengths-based perspective to help clients recognize behaviors or patterns in their lives that are no longer working for them. Having also worked in the private sector as an account manager for many of the Forbes top 100 Companies, she has a broad understanding of the symbiotic relationship between individual employee well-being and corporate success and profit margins.
