MBSR Instructor - Alisha Aum
Alisha has been a long-term practitioner of meditation and yoga, exploring several different traditions and practices over the years. She has been teaching various mindfulness programs in the community and online since 2011. She has also been a business operations professional while living and working in India, Dubai, Australia, and the US.
