MBSR Instructor - Alisha Aum
Alisha has practiced meditation and yoga for over 20 years and is a qualified teacher of MBSR through the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. She has been teaching MBSR and various mindfulness programs in the community and online since 2011. Alisha began her career in business, working and traveling internationally for a global technology and consulting firm for 15 years. Since 2009, after experiencing first-hand the power of mindfulness in alleviating her own chronic illness and pain, she is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their innate healing ability, wisdom, and vitality.
She holds a Masters degree in Computer Management from the SYMBIOSIS Institute of Computer Studies and Research. She is also a certified Qi Gong Practice Leader and Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training facilitator. She was born and raised in India and has lived and worked in Bangalore, Dubai, Australia, and the US.
