Listen to a meditation from Tushar:
“This eight week MBSR course was filled with positive experiences. I made meaningful connections with other people and learned tools for living in an intentional & purposeful way from day to day. It has catapulted my mindfulness practice to a higher level cultivating in me a solid commitment. Doing the daily practices improves & sustains my body, mind, & spiritual wellness. I love it that I can navigate life's uncertainty more skillfully by responding thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively or haphazardly. I can choose to be calm. I can choose to be kind.”
