As the holiday season arrives, we wanted to share with you this inspiring, heartfelt talk from Vinny Ferraro a nationally recognized meditation leader for at-risk-youth. In this talk, Vinny encourages us to give love, be kind, and to love yourself no matter where you are at in life.
He reminds us to not get caught up in appearances, to always go back, basics to and remember why we are here. To see the beauty in our desire to help and to not be afraid to connect with others.

Vinny has been a practitioner of insight meditation (vipassanā) since the early 1990s. He is a co-Founder of the Dharma Punx and co-Guiding Teacher of Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society. He is also a nationally recognized leader in designing and implementing interventions for at-risk adolescents and is currently Senior Trainer for Mindful Schools.
