Elisha Square V 2

Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. at the 2018 Mindful Leadership Summit. Employee stress, morale, productivity and loyalty have major impacts on the bottom line. Understanding the science behind the brain's decision making, along with emotional and behavioral contagion can help us curate our environments to inspire positive changes that stick.

Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. is one of the world's preeminent mindfulness teachers. He is a clinical psychologist, founder of the Mindful Living Collective, and creator of multiple programs including Mindfulness at Work, the breakthrough coaching program - Uncover the Power Within, and the Professional Teacher Training in A Course in Mindful Living. His books include Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, and MBSR Everyday. In an increasingly fragmented society, he is working to bring people together so they may motivate and inspire one another in far-reaching ways. Check out Dr. Goldstein's YouTube channel for brief videos and helpful lessons to help us regain personal control, focus on what matters and enjoy life more.
